Yes I know, VERY touchy subject but whatever. My blog.
So I was watching the news yesterday and let me tell you, I am definitely a die-hard Republican; and for the record I am poor. So let me tell you what pissed me off. I'm not sure but I think it was the Democratic Delaware state Representative, don't quote me I was watching the TV on mute, talking on the phone, and referring my kids, anyways this state rep. was trying to get a bill passes saying that we apologize for slavery, great idea, we should def. get to it. Well this stupid ass Republican Virginia state rep. was like NO our black citizens need to get over it, are we going to make the Jews apologize for killing Christ. OMG how radical was that statement. Now he is going to have African Americans AND Jewish people hating him, I know if I fell into one of those categories I would be upset. I will probably write him anyways because what he said was not only rude is was very wrong and a very irresponsible thing to say.
This upcoming Presidential election has got me all over the Internet. I don't know what more I can do besides research the potential candidates. That's a lot of research but it's worth it. At least to me it is.
I have just recently took a huge dive in the deep end with politics. I was semi-interested before but every since I went to college and was force to be more involved in politics, I just love it now and we watch the news soo much now. My husband is no where near as interested as I am but oh well. He also works all day so I don't have to talk to him about me views; I just call my mom.
I am sure that politics doesn't have much to do with being a housewife but I am going to make it a huge priority.
Onto other things...
My house is not clean and I am NOT happy. It's just kind of early and I'm not quite ready to clean yet. Besides the boys are being good and I don't want to disturb them.
This morning I got up early like always but the kids never woke up so I came down and got my morning cup of coffee and sat here waiting to hear them get up. Then I hear these little feet running around up there so I go up stairs to look and my 2 year old is standing there in the hallway like a deer in headlights. So I'm like where's your brother. I get Joseph woke up on the bed. He's in my room. LOL. So my 2 year old is standing in the hallway trying to coax his brother out of his room without actually going into his room. It was wayy too funny. Then I stepped in something wet so I'm like who peed on my floor. Again my 2 year old is like well...let me clean it up. I was laughing so hard because he went and got a towel and gets down there and starts cleaning the pee up. I could only laugh. He was too cute. My coffee cup is almost empty, I'm sad. I only get one cup a day. :( Oh well!

We were in the Air Force for 4 years....94-98....Tyndall AFB Panama City, Flo....we go back each year...we made alot of civilian friends...Air Force life is tough...but if you can get that bond with some other stay at home moms...you will be fine...look for a support group...
die hard republican here too!! and my house is a total disaster right now and it is making me CRANKY! LOL :) Oh and I'm poor too!! haha
